Matte Paintings are glasspaintings used in movies till the 90ies to extend the filmsets on a painted glass. Movies like "Mary Poppins" or "Indiana Jones" or "Star Wars" (3-6) are examples for the advanced art of Matte Paintings.
In the SS16 the students experimented with the potential of matte paintings in art installations. The "Glassshots" are spreaded all over the campus and in the entrance of the Cinestar Weimar.
